BLP Renovations & Kingsley Kitchens is family owned and operated by Luis and Brenda Pernas. Luis has worked in the remodel construction and renovation field for over 30 years, taking pride in providing customers with top-quality service and experience. Brenda is our office manager and organizes the financial aspect of all projects, as well as, assist the customer with design, layout, and function of their project. Together, Brenda and Luis design and sell the cabinets and help you throughout the renovation process. 

When it comes to our process, it all begins with the desire for change. You can contact us by phone, email, or even stop by our showroom. Let us know what you’re interested in changing or adding to your home. We will schedule a convenient time, Monday through Friday, to send out our designer to take measurements of the work area and speak with you directly about your aspirations for remodel. He’ll then take the measurements, in combination with the ideas you have expressed, back to the office, where our design team will create a design that fits your desires. Next, we will schedule a time for you to visit the showroom and visually see your ideas come to life. Finally, it is up to you as the homeowner to decide when you are ready to begin the remodel journey with us.
